Jonathan has been with the company for over 30 years and oversees the commercial property management section of the company. Jonathan also carries out a wide range of professional work including valuations (both residential & commercial), commercial property landlord & tenant matters i.e. rent reviews, lease renewals, schedules of condition & dilapidations etc.

Ben Moore

Ben joined Wards in 2006 following graduation from De Montfort University and deals with all aspects of property management, commercial agency and some professional work.

Harry Ward

Director & Chartered Surveyor

Following graduation from Durham University, Harry gained extensive professional experience at global property consultancy JLL working predominantly in the corporate recoveries team. Harry joined the team at Wards in 2019 and manages the residential and commercial agency teams, providing expert advice to vendors, landlords and occupiers. Harry also carries out a wide range of professional work including valuation, lease advisory and planning & development consultancy.

Ann Ward

Director

Ann has been in the property business for over 30 years and joined Ward Surveyors in 1990. Her duties include general accounts maintenance for the office as a whole.

Emilie Hall

Property Transfer & Office Manager

Emilie joined the team in 2004 and works alongside Ben Moore, Shantelle Young and Lucy Gamble in the day to day running of block and estate management dealing with all leasehold enquiries and compliance certificates, alongside her duties as Office Manager.

Jane Wade

Block & Estate Accounts Manager

Cert Acc (Open)

Jane joined Wards in 2012 and has over 25 years experience in property management. She is responsible for managing the accounts for a portfolio of apartment blocks and mixed leasehold/freehold developments.

Shantelle Young

Block & Estate Property Manager

Shantelle joined the Wards team in 2012 and works in our busy block and estate management alongside Ben Moore and Lucy Gamble. Shantelle manages housing estates and apartment blocks in Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and Northamptonshire. Shantelle liaises with freeholders, leaseholders and contractors to resolve maintenance issues as well as dealing with everyday management queries.

Kelly Benz

Residential Lettings Manager

Kelly joined Wards in 2022 and works alongside Sophie Mason and Daniel Harris in the residential lettings department. Kelly is responsible for resolving property maintenance issues, interim and final inspections, tenancy deposit scheme disputes and any other matters arising during or at end of tenancy for all of our residential lettings properties.

Sophie Mason

Residential Lettings Negotiator

Sophie joined the Wards team in 2024 from an agency in Warwickshire where she worked as a property manager. Sophie has worked in the industry for a number of years having started her career in residential lettings in Barnsley. Sophie is responsible for all pre-tenancy matters in the residential lettings team, including market appraisals, marketing properties, viewings, negotiating terms, tenant referencing and drafting and collating tenancy move in paperwork.

Giorgio Stylianou

Residential Sales Negotiator

Giorgio has a background in the construction industry and joined Wards in 2024. Most recently Giorgio worked for a corporate estate agency in Loughborough and now works alongside Harry Ward in our busy residential sales and commercial agency departments. Giorgio is a long-time resident of Leicestershire and is involved in marketing and negotiation for all of our residential and some of our commercial properties.

Lucy Gamble

Block & Estate Administrator

Lucy started at Wards in 2024 and works in the busy block and estate management alongside Shantelle Young and Ben Moore. Lucy's duties include regular routine site inspections, logging and reporting problems and liaising with contractors, owners and tenants.

Kath Jeynes

Commercial Accounts Manager

Kath joined Wards in 2006 and her duties mainly include collection and processing of commercial rents and liaising with commercial landlords and tenants.

Daniel Harris

Residential Lettings Accounts Administrator

BA (Hons)

Daniel joined Wards in 2017 and is the accounts administrator for the Residential Lettings team. His role consists of collecting and processing the residential rents along with dealing with everyday rental enquiries.

Victoria Shortland-Webb

Block & Estate Accounts Administrator

Victoria joined Wards in 2023 and is responsible for managing the accounts for a portfolio of property developments.

Louise Hubbard

Accounts Administrator

Louise joined the company in 2005 and assists in administering the accounts for the management of the blocks of residential and commercial developments.
